My job for the most part is to be available for technical questions and review complex related damage issues. Since I started writing the related damage process screens for the call center my workload has dropped less than half. While all this is good for the customer calling in and we have reduce call time in half and increase our CS stats I know find myself bored out of my mind waiting to be needed.
What can I do to keep myself busy while I?m at work?
