So I'm sitting here waiting for them to diagnose my crappy download speed and I'm about ready to give up on them. I'm happy with my upload speed which is right... but download is almost half of what it should be. The girl I'm talking to tells me I need to keep my modem 3-4 feet from the computer it's by. I move it, and still get the same results.

Cliffs: SBC is stupid
 
Ask for 2nd level support... ASAP.

I went through an hour of that crap with some guy from India, then he transfered me to second level support. The girl I talked to next said if I ever need to call again, to ask for 2nd level support right away.
