My ability to slipstream is limited to service packs. After that, I'm in over my head when it comes to slipstreaming security updates/Directx/everything else. So, you reformat and do a fresh install:
1. Download Directx separately from all other components. Install. Reboot.
2. Download IE 6 update separately from all other components. Install. Reboot.
3. Download a variety of smaller updates at the same time. Install. Reboot.
4. Various other things I forget.
Hey, if Netware doesn't have to reboot every time you mess with the NLDs, why do I have to reboot 7-8 times (not including separate driver downloads for my soundcard, videocard, etc) every time I reinstall windows.
