Not so. Proper medication and this guy could be a normal functioning member of society. We don't just knock off a guy who commits vehicular homicide because of a seizure. We put him on anti-epileptic drugs and take away his drivers license.

It depends on how the head is prepared. If you boil it, the brain matter turns to a fat like substance and congeals on top of the water.
If you bake it then crack the skull open, the brain matter is more cake or stuffing like.

I heard that when boiling the lips shrivel up and when tasted, they have a mangy soft flavor like you're biting into bone marrow. Granted if you overcook 'em they become rubbery.
You could always use the fatty brain matter in a soup. Lots of recipes there.
