I hate people that don't leave heatware!

So I finished a trade with a particular member, everything was about perfect. I leave him his feedback, and I request it (checked the box). Of course I never got one. I PM about it, and he got the message (I checked the box which tells me if the member got the message), but never left feedback, THEN I e-mailed him, and I still don't have it. :|:|:|

Seriously, it takes only a minute or two to leave someone some feedback. Is there anyway I can get this guy to leave me an evaluation? I wouldn't mind changing my old evaluation to a neutral or a negative because of this. It really put a damper on this trade.

I had one trade where it took the person a little while but for the most part, people have been good about it.

This is the 2nd time I've had to bug someone.

After I bugged the other guy enough, he finally left some feedback. This guy is just being a dick about it. Even though I like to think I have "enough", it doesn't hurt to get more feedback.
