My reasoning is this:

If my friend calls me, and I don't pick up, I know its them, so I'll call them back. But if a restricted number calls, I'll pick it up because there's no call back number.

Logical?

But then these people calling me think I'm ignoring them. *sigh*

Hah, yea man you've got it backwards I think. I don't pick up restricted calls cause I don't know them, but if I recognize the number Ill pick up...
 
Just lie and say that you didn't have your phone at the time. Or that you heard it ringing and didn't get to it in time and when the second call came, you had it with you ...
 
I'm in the military so pretty much I'm their b1tch. If stuff goes down they just start calling people until they can find somebody to come in a fix it. Needless to say if your somebody from work, not in my phone, or a local number from back home, I aint answering it :evil:
 
Yeah, I don't pick up restricted calls either...I hate not knowing who is calling. If it is important, they will leave a message.

I don't even have voicemail. My phone is primarily for my convenience, not yours. Not for you to use as a leash to track my whereabouts any time of day 24/7.

Someone you know who blocks out their phone number purposely before calling you is very sneaky.
 
I pick up restricted calls because my Dad spends a lot of time out of the country and for some reason his international calls show up as restricted.

to OP. consider what kind of imjpression yuor giving. you won't answer there call but you will answer calls from stranger (that how they interpret your actions)
