So, I start a nice eGAY auction, right? My items goes for a little over $20. 2 bids.

The winner seems to have made a brand new ID, sniped the auction and/or close to when it ended, has no other feedback, and has not replied to any of my emails.

GOD DAMN these people! I hear about it all the time. Someone starts a auction, and some asspirate comes along and outbids all the honest bidders with a brand new ID, and turns out to be a deadbeat.

If only I could see this bastage...:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|

That's not all that is pissing me off. I got contracted from this guy to make him a certain, custom item. It is for only $40, but I put a lot of work into it.

THEN, the freaking asshole has the nerve to blow me off, after I email him every day, telling him the status on his order, he emails me back, etc. He just ignores me. No money for me.

Then, I email this other guy I found on eBay about an item I have that he may want. He says sure, send me pics! So i send him a detailed description, pics, everything.

Does he email me back? NO! He fscking blows me off. He doesn't even say NO! He justs deleted my mail and forgets about it.

Aarggggh, I want to be a hermit...:|:|:|

Set the auction up so as to not allow anyone without a certain amount of positive references the ability to bid on your item. Also state openly in the auction that anyone with any negative references will have their bid retracted unless you approve their bids.

Always works for me.

Ah crap, sorry about that man - I figured you'd think of it as a good joke, I laugh, you laugh, we all laugh! Good joke...right? :D

Just Email the honest non-winning bidder that got sniped, and do business that way.
I don't see why people just don't do that.

Do what Wnied suggested, people changing their names and deleting their history has always been a problem with Ebay. Don't buy/sell with anyone who doesn't have positive feedback!

Unless there is a setting to prevent that (which it should be), those types of people won't listen to what you have to say about their feedback.
