...someone who hasn't talked to you in a long time IMs you right when you're about to sleep. It's just awkward for a few minutes, and then you just really want to go to sleep but feel bad in doing so.

Actually it doesn't happen often, but it's happening now and it sucks.
 
Yeah, it pisses me off to no end. Or just in general, when someone who I don't want to talk to IMs me right as I'm about to leave. Most of the time I just leave anyway unless it's a close friend.
