I hate it when I swallow a multivitamin without enough water

I've had similar experiences with pills, yes.

I usually don't use any water for any pills. I just pop it in and swallow. Only time I drink anything is when the capsule will explode in my stomach and then I end up burping out all kinds of nasty stuff like a mummy reviving from a 3,000 year slumber.

I never have this issue. Try getting the kind with a smooth coating and round body. Or you can get the chewy kind but they have a third the vitamins of the regular type. Not special at all.

I took an antibiotic drug capsule without water before, and I thought I swallowed it, but apparently not because a few minutes later I coughed a little and this white cloud of powder came out. The taste was pretty awful.

that sucks. I get the asparagus smell too but never when I haven't eaten asparagus. Have you tried switching brands?

As for those wondering what kind of pills -

normally they're fine, but every so often they won't slide down the gullet properly and the taste sticks around for a while. It's not a particularly BAD taste, it's just... I don't want to taste anything when I'm not eating anything D:

Yes.
Couple times It's caught and made me vomit or cough water out my nose. Not fun.
