I'm a big "spirit of the law" person, so as long as he's RIGHT THERE and able to move the car in case of a fire...who cares?

I'll go against the crowd and say it's stupid to take a picture of him, but yeah, he's a jackass.

I'm sure the parking spaces are just soooo far from his car and he must be soooo important that he can't walk a mesely 10 seconds to and from one.

I will agree, though, that it isn't worth getting worked up over. I'd be a liar if I said I never did anything like this, so I don't have the privledge of complaining about it, really.
 
whats the big fricken deal?? the bank looks closed to me, and he isnt inside standing line waiting for a teller. I do this all the time during non business hours. go take a prozac you worry about stupid crap.
