My Thinkpad X41T came with the Chinese version of Windows Tablet PC Edition and all Chinese IBM software, and they won't send me the English version of the software.

Your hatred is misplaced. Hate Lenovo. IBM doesn't make Thinkpads any more. They are all made in China by Lenovo now. IBM sold off their PC division to them some time ago now. Do your homework before you buy next time.

Um, where did you order it from, and what does it say on your invoice? In my experience, Thinkpads > *, especially when it comes to customer service. This hasn't changed since the switch to Lenovo either, for me.
