I hate feelings

I was thinking, do we have any control over how we feel? What makes us happy, sad, etc? Do we have any control over that? I wish I was a machine, then I wouldn't have to feel anything. Maybe that's why I'm interested in programming, there are no feelings in code. If it's this than that happens, if it's anything else than somethine else happens. Simple! No feelings involved. I want to be a machine 🙁
