I hate fedex

ok, I live in a very rural town. In this town we have a buisness that is maybe 1/2 a mile away from my house, and it is straight down the road as well. Why cant fedex just bring a package I order to my house? In all the times I have ordered they have NEVER tried, UPS has but not fedex. It drives me crazy because sometimes I dont get a package for a couple of days after it has been delivered because It gets shuffled around in the buisness that gets it. Sorry for the rant but I just had to get it off my chest.

Cliff Notes:
-Fedex won't bring a package to my house, and has never tried. They deliever to a local buisness

I should, but its not too big a deal, just a little annoying. Im almost afraid it will make matters worse. Small town = Small Fedex that delivers to us = Lazy delivery person who desides to play soccer with my packages because I make him work a little harder. I know I should complain, but I do still get my packages and Im afraid it just might make matters worse.

So you go on an online board to complain about the problem but you won't confront FedEx? It's time to raise some cain. It took me the better part of 6 months fighting with them to release my package when I'm not home. I repeatedly signed the slip and said put my signature on file but nothing every happened. It ended up taking me going to the actual hub and speaking to the manager. I signed the form and he started to file it. I told him I would rather stay right here while he does the necessary voodoo to put my signature on file. Some times it takes some hand holding to get thing done. 😉
