I hate Dodge!

I'd consider it if GM takes their testicles out of their purse and puts the supercharger back on it like they promised originally.

No way! They are expected to weigh in at 2900-3000 pounds, have much less power than an SRT-4, and have less storage space than my Miata. I love my Miata, it just needs another 100hp or so.

Done.

The Kenne-Belle kit seems to be getting mixed reviews in the Miata world. Flyin Miata and BR Performance both make forced induction kits that will give 200-225rwhp on a stock engine. I simply don't have $5k to spend until I graduate next winter.

So then what fvcking difference does it make if Dodge or Pontiac builds a $25k car that you can't buy?

The Razor was said to be priced around $16-17k if produced. It would also have a much higher power potential than a stock Miata motor. My Miata has a 10.5:1 compression ratio, that means it can only handle 9psi of boost on the stock bottom end. The SRT-4's engine is .6L larger and runs 14psi out of the box.

It, the Miata, MR2, and Elise are the only cars that I like. I prefer stripped down performance orientes driver's cars. There aren't many of them to be had.

There's 2 gens of Miatas, 3 gens of MR2s, the S2000, Elise, and the Solstice, so your choices are increasing as the years go by 😉

The second gen MR2's don't count really. They're too heavy and too optioned out. The S2000 is nice though. The SOlstice is a piece of crap. It's going to weigh 2900+ pounds, come with heavy 18" wheels and I think it'll barely be 200hp. What a joke.

To clarify, any car over 2400-2500 pounds is heavy to me. I won't consider anything over 2500.
