i haven't had any problems with Dell. ordered my nikon coolpix 775 last year when it was backordered and got free next day shipping. got it around 12pm the day after i ordered it. aside from using coupons and such and getting it for like $300 total. it was great. and now on my new Dell laptop it's great. no problems whatsoever. centrino technology is great.
 
WHat are you trying to find out. Maybe I can help. I have my own sales people there. I have direct numbers/extentions and everything. Let me know. PM me.

i have a reference # to return a battery but i haven't received any paper work yet. I just need to speak to a human being instead of pressing #. I got mad because i kept on getting the same menus. But it's taken care of. Can I get a direct # to a human in customer service? Like if you know an extension.

I can't give you the number, but I'll call on Monday and see what's going on. Maybe they can give me a number for you to call. In the meantime, why don't you PM me the ref # for the battery and I'll try to get some info on it and have the info emailed to you or something, assuming your info is on file with them.
