I HATE Commerce Insurance

I know I'm not alone in this, the guy that owns the repair shop where my dad works talks about turning people away who have commerce, that's how much he hates dealing with them. EVERY time I have to deal with them, they screw something up.

Most Recently:

I get a new car, it's 230 bucks more per year to insure, they mail me something on january 23, saying they're pro-rating that 230 out over my remaining months on this year's policy...which makes sense, it's not that bad I'm a step 9, which is as low as you can get in Massachusetts. The next DAY they mail me another coverage selection form, the one for the actual new car I got.....saying I'm a step THIRTEEN......how the F*CK do they manage to screw that up....there was ONE day between the two mailings. I haven't been in ANY sort of accident in over 2 years. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

I'll post other crap they've done in a while.

UPDATE: Supposedly I had a very minor accident in April of 2005 so they increased my step by 4 points....I asked the lady why it didn't show up on last year's policy, which renews at the end of august every year....she told me the point increase didn't show up until early july......I guess that was supposed to asnwer my question. I JUST got a quote from them for this car on like january 21st, and I was a step 9, now all of a sudden I get the newer car and I'm a 13?!??questionmarkquestionmark.
