you can do sh!t about it...

open a command prompt (windows-r then type "cmd")
type (without quotes) "shutdown -a" which will abort the shutdown.

Uh, that's the error you get instead of blue screen of death. If you really prefer a blue screen, google how to change it. Other than that...whoop de doo.
 
Turn error reporting off. Microsoft already knows more than they can process.
Go outside and ride your skateboard.
