Specifically the internet service portion.
So I log in, and it sends me to the account overview page. I want to see if I can upgrade my internet service, so I click the link that says "upgrade and save for 6 months" under the internet dropdown menu. This sends me to another page where I can check availability of various internet speeds. I click the highest one, and it sends me to the check availability page where I can log in again to modify my service. This seems funny, am I not logged in already? I type in my credentials, and it kicks me unceremoniously back to the account overview page. No availability seems to have been checked, and the web page acts like I just logged in for the first time.
I must have done something wrong, so I do it again except that I enter my att telephone number in the other box on the check availability page. It then requests that I log in again to check availability. I do, and it kicks me back to the account overview page. I'm getting pissed now, but I try choosing "change plan" under the internet dropdown menu, which takes me back to the "check availability" screen. I log in again on that screen, and the shitting thing drops me back in "account overview".
Now I try the "change plan" link at the top of the page. It's immediately apparent that it's the same link as the "upgrade and save for 6 months" link and the "change plan" link.
WTF at&t? Don't you fucking want my money? How the hell can the site be this borked?
