Why is it that CNN chooses to use this "verb" so often?
"Bush hails new Iraqi constitution"
CNN seems to think that people are hailing things left and right. I've personally never seen anyone hail anything in real life, nor do I know what one does when one "hails" something.
The last time I used the word "Hail" was in EverQuest and that was only because I hit the 'h' key and that text popped on the screen.
