I had to move out of my office into a storage room!

Started my IT internship at a homebuilding companys HQ on Tuesday and was told to move into this vacated office until they moved another IT person out of the storage room into her newly renovated office, so this came as no surprise. Still, next to my office are 3 other vacated offices! So it's not like they we're hurting for places to put people, I don't get it. The storage room isn't all that bad at least, still have a nice amount of space, and I do like the job and the people are friendly so it's a move I can live with but I'm just sour over not having an office. That's it, all my whine-age are belong to yous now.

Hah, it's really just an office on the same floor converted into a room to store PC, boxes of mice, and so on. But yeah Milton was the first person I thought about when this happened. It's actually bigger then my old office but the fact that it's a 'storage room' just sucks.

i was moved from a shared window office into a non-shared non-window office, and i thought it was a backwards move at first.

but now i realize having my own room is great. i can fart without holding it in and surf ATOT when i get bored.

They moved my office here at work too. I liked my old one because it was all tucked away in the corner with noone else around. My new office is in the middle of a cube farm right next to the main entrance for the lab. It's so noisy here I can't even hear my radio when it's on a low level. And they said I could listen to my radio on a low level from 9 to 11.

My office used to be a storage closet too ... but now it is my personal, windowless, stuffy cubbyhole. I'm trying to get the AC pumped in, but so far no dice. And with 4 computers, 2 monitors and a laser printer, it gets hot in no time.
