There are different events that can wake a computer up from sleep.

Mouse, Keyboard, Network Traffic, USB, etc.

The Advance Power Saving is the place to look for.

In all seriousness, Jack is correct. Usually it's keyboard/mouse that are the guilty parties.

I know Windows 7 default power settings will do this. If you go to the advanced power settings, under the Sleep setting, under the "allow wake timers" put in disable.
