Me and bunch of my buddies went to NJ state owned field to shoot clay discs from same shot guns cop use. Luckily we were alone there it was fun!!! but its located far away and in the middle of no where

when we were going back on route 15, we saw cop car in some parking lot with a big pole attached to its bumper and a bycicle tire in the end. what thats for?
