i had forgotten why i hate time warner so much.

okay, so today I am suposed to get my Road Runner installed between 12 and 2. I leave work around 11:45, get to my apartment around 11:55. So i wait around, watch a little tv. Around rolls 2 o'clock - noones showed. I call up, and the lady tells me that someone was there at 12:10 and should have left something on my door if i wasn't there, and i'm like "no, i was here, and there is nothing on my door". So she tells me she will look into it and call me back. 3 hours pass, noone has called me, so I call back and this other person answers, and tells me that the person what there at 2:05. I'm like "2:05 isn't between 12 and 2, i have to work, i took 2 hours off waiting for it". She tells me that the earliest date they have for an install is the 14th, and i was like thats unacceptable and went off for about 5 min, so she finally schedules me for the 10th. So then i call back later and talk to a supervisor since i was still upset, and she got smart ass with me and I went raw on her, and she then says they can "fit me in" on friday.

everytime with Time Warner is nothing but lies, i've had problems in the past with them, and I can't wait till i can get totally off their service (unfortunatly nothing else is available here).
