I had a very pleasant experience at Fry's

Bought a router 30 days ago, it was flaky, off and on, settings wouldn't keep.....i brought it to Fry's, within two minutes i had full store credit for the full amount, two minutes later i had a different router and was checked out.......not going during prime time is a good thing.

I'm 1/2 at the Fry's down here. First time a guy helped me out, even printed out an invoice for me so I didn't have to wait next time I came in. Second time the guy brushed me off three times before I finally decided to hell with him.

okay, it's relative!!! pleasant as in they provided a level of customer service that i expect other companies to adhere to.....i've given up hope on fry's, which is why it was "pleasant"

Returning stuff to Fry's has always been no problem for me. In fact, it may be a little too easy to return things there, considering how many of their items are open box.

I've returned or exchanged dozens of things to frys. Never once had a bad experience in years of shopping there. I'd say they are by far the best store around.

I had a SEMI bad return once, I forgot a piece of styrofoam for a monitor I was returning and they wouldnt hold the monitor and box for me, so I had to load it back in my car and drive the 20 miles then back with everything.

You can get it back on your CC. I've returned many things at Fry's. It's not that bad other than the fact that the line is really long at times, but so far my experiences at Costco have been longer return times on average.
