yes.struck me as odd, door bell rang and i answered.the guy didnt appear shady...but the timing of it made me really apprehensive.
I was very rude to him,which i usually never am to solicitors..hell ive even let jehovahs in my house before...but 7:40...wtf.
its been dark for almost 3 hours at that point.

i walked the dogs at 8 and then again at 11 last night, it was like 35, was pretty nice actually

ya it wasnt a bad night at all...relatively speaking.
 
7:40 seems about typical for solicitors that I get. Of course, I'm not home before 5:30, so I don't know if any try to come during the day.

Much past 8 is getting bad. 7:40 isn't too awful (it is late enough to avoid dinner interuptions but not early enough to interrupt the getting children ready for bed routine). But 8:30 is too late.
