I had a nightmare last night.

So, last night I had this nightmare. My phottix grip was having a short and heating up, while that's happening my 40D won't record to the card so I missed some important shots. I took the grip off and then everything went back to normal. Then I woke up.

Can this happen in real life?

in my dream, yes.

this is my second phottix grip, sent the first one back because it's draining battery at an alarming rate (empty in 4 days without use).
