I had a chicken commit suicide

Once had a hen that was just pathetic. All the other hens and the rooster were picking at it and it wasn't doing so good. It's back was all plucked and tore up.

So we go out to the coop with a shovel or axe or something to put it out of its misery. As we're walking up towards the coop it freaks out and starts digging frantically as if it was trying to burrow under the wall and get out. It sensed what was coming as far as I can tell.

So it stick its head into this semi-complete getaway tunnel and yanks. Broke its own neck. Dead.

I had a cat use me as a suicide method once on the highway... he waited until I was right before him and pounced onto the road... smack... 🙁

Suicide would have been if it jumped off an overpass into oncoming traffic.
