I had 4 separate occurrences of sleep paralysis last night..

Damn. I must be insane in the membrane. I had 4 separate occurrences of sleep paralysis last night. Not only that, but I had a few hyper realistic dreams. The weirdest thing is that ALL dreams started with me getting out of bed and walking out of my room... just as if I had done it in real life.

I tend to get sleep paralysis when I sleep sitting up for some reason (like in a car). The only other time i've noticed that it has happened is if I sleep too long (>10 hours).

I only know of self-induced sleep paralysis, and I love it.

I only get sleep paralysis when I take a nap, never at night. I just had it happen yesterday. I hate it, it's absolutely terrifying to be able to hear what's going on around you but not able to move.

Sleep Paralysis SUCKS. I used to get it when I slept during the day. Very frightening.

I get that especially if the cover is over my face. I would wake up and feel like I was suffocating while being unable to move my body. SCARY
