But yes, you can find RAM for as low as $140s.

Yes that's what I was looking at. So DDR2 is cheaper than DDR? DDR2 will be good for A64 by when, this summer?

They've been dropping like rocks for years now. I remember in early 2004 a stick of 512MB PC3200 would cost about $80, and a couple weeks later they dropped to $50. Now you can get one for about $35.
