i'm also with FLeet.... i signed up for a new bank account about a month and a half ago and I STILL haven't gotten my debit card. I called them 3 days ago and told them and cancelled my "old card" which they never sent...but they also cancelled my ATM card! i can't money out until i get that debit card!
