First we had a GAY Pride parade this morning. :roll:
Then tonight I got to see an RCMP parade. They were actually on horses. There were about 10 of them in full RCMP dress uniforms and they were carrying flagpoles with huge Canadian flags waving. Looked very impressive indeed. They had a police escort as they went through our downtown core. They had a city works pick up truck following them to pick up the, um, horse droppings.
