what's with all the nice cars in the lot ? Rich area huh ?

No, not really. My realtor told me that none of his clients should ever ride in anything less than a BMW or Mercedes, hence why all his staff and agents drive imports.

sweet how was it

It was much faster than I expected... which is hard to say, but it moved. The F1 transmission was jerkier than I expected, but it was cool to keep it floored and fly through the gears. The brakes are incredible... there were a few times I thought we were going to run into another car as the owner was showing it to me, but the brakes brought that thing to a quick stop.

It is silver with black interior.

It belongs to my realtor.

WTF!!! My wife is a realtor and she drives a Nissan Maxima! :|

All the realtors at the office I'm going through seem to have newer Lexus vehicles. Tell her she needs to get her butt in gear 😉

She likes the new Acura TL. In fact, I test drove one on Sunday. We might be upgrading this year. 😀

This guy, his partner actually, made me 100k in 3 months, so I assume if he did that for me late in the market cycle that the two of them have been doing it for four years, which I know for fact. Dude owns 5 cars, just leased time on a Lear G5 and is thinking about selling the 360 for a Maybach.

I think I need to move there and become a realtor. Jeez.

No offense, but your realtor sounds like a prick.

Dude, how'd you like the acceleration. I loved my head slamming back into the seat with each flick of the paddle😛 And looking over my shoulder to see the engine purring behind me.

And being the dash stroker that I am, I had to touch every piece of exposed aluminum on the center console and doors 😀

The acceleration caught me off guard. I knew the car was fast, but I had no idea. What ammused me the most is that when flicking the paddle, the momentum of the car shifts and I moved forward in the seat only to be slammed back when the next gear engaged. I thought that was way cool!

They're not. They want to lock in the high end market. I'll be curious to see what happens to them when the market cools down. Bottom line is that the big commissions are on the big houses, so you got to cater to the rich if you want their business.

It was a 360 Modena F1.

Update 5/2/05:

I went down to his office to have his staff help me with a major snafu occuring with the title company. On my way in, their entire staff was heading out for group photos. He and I talked a bit about my problem, then he asked me to wait a bit until they are done.

I asked him if it would be okay if I took pics of his car. He said driving it is better than looking at it, threw me the keys and said not to come back for awhile. 😀 15 minutes later I return with a big stupid grin on my face. What an awesome car!

So for all you people who declared shens here's pics of the 360 next to my Crossfire. Enjoy.
