I got this little truck for 700, not bad I think

I bought this to flip, I am going to try and get at least 1200. It runs good, no smoke or leaks. The only issue is sometimes it backfires when being turned off, I was told that it might be due to the smog pump being off of it.

What is it? Looks like an Isuzu.

I had a Rodeo with those body lines so it looks familiar to me. God that thing was a pile of crap.
 
Well... good luck. Seems like a lot of effort to go to to make a couple hundred bucks, especially if you need to do any work on it.

Does your state have smog inspections?
 
No inspections and I wouldnt call pulling the truck in my yard with a for sale sign a lot of effort. I mainly buy and sell electronics but I do buy the occasional cheap car/truck/motorcycle ect and I make money every time. I am half tempted to keep it, My other vehicles are a car and suv and a truck to haul stuff sometimes would be handy. So if for some reason I cant get 1200 I will keep it, I dont need the money or have to sell it
 
This guy even delivered it, couldnt believe it! Anyway i am not sure why we dont have inspections anymore, we used to have to pay for an insepction to get a tag renewal but not anymore and havent had to since the 90's
