However, looking back, could she come after me for something?

I dunno, if you took off without even talking to her that could be an issue. If you had talked to her, inspected the damage and both agreed there was no reason to press the issue, then you'd be fine, but I honesly dunno.

Rear ends are almost always the person in the back's fault. Even if she does complain, all she'll be complaining about is hitting him from behind, and be admitting her own guilt. I still don't know though, could get in trouble for leaving and not stopping at least.
