ahhh... I thought part of the "credit card" deal with the goverment was companies can't offer a break of cash prices vs CC prices?
I think they can't charge extra for CC pricing. IE I can sell something for $104 Paypal..or offer a $4 discount for money order..without 'charging extra' for Paypal.
