What truck? What motor?

Tuning the motor is everything for these things. Once you get the motor dialed in it should scream.

<---master tuner.

yep, they tuned to motor properly. Those things should absolutely scream.

weeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Also, what they did is regular maintenance. Learn to do it yourself. These things take maintenance. Make sure you lay off the trottle when you jump or you'll keep blowing diffs.

Always been a fan of Traxxas myself. We've put their trucks through some serious abuse and they hold up incredibly well. HPI's are impressive machines no doubt though.

I had the first savage years ago. great truck. Built solid. Would take a beating and nothing would break on it. Now I toy around with a traxxas Stampede with a Novac 5800SS Brushlsee that flat out flies and get almost 20 min run times.

I pretty much stopped running my nitro trucks in favor of my electric plane and helicopter. They're so much more difficult to pilot.

Its all about which ever you happen to be driving giving you fun time. No need for trolling and starting a flame war now.

Rgun I like the park fliers myself. Never got much further into it for my pockets dont go that deep to allow it.

LOL just get the roto start for it. And I take it with that comment and the op your new to the nitro hobby or just to rc in general? I ask because it is one thing after another in this hobby. You need a huge tool box filled with spare parts at all times.

Oh I can offer you $5 for thats all I got.

You might want to go over to the FS/FT forum and change your thread. I'm pretty sure that you have to post an asking price for your stuff.

Dont give up just yet. You bought and got into and expensive hobby. I would read up on everything you can and go to alot of meets/races and participate in a few. These are not your walmart brand trucks and for good reason, plus every part is replaceable or upgradeable. I think you just jumped into the hobby worng going right into nitro. Should of got into the electrics with brushless (brushless because there is no maintaining them) so all you will have to worry about is driving and replacing broken plastic parts.

Dont give up yet, maybe sell or trade your truck for an electric brushless set up. Im sure you can find places and people who would love to do so on the rc forums, just not here. Nuttin really but 95% computer nerds here.

?? I started out on a Blade CP Pro and I love the thing. I can hover it and so far Ive only had one accident when I ascended without looking up and clipped a tree branch above my head.

The blade CP was a great intro heli. I got an Align Trex 450 now. Much more stable.

As for nitro trucks, I am in the process of building my MT2 18ss truck. I have a Nitro 3 that I have been running. A properly tuned motor is great. This hobby is all about fixing and replacing, rebuilding.
