I always look both ways when crossing an intersection (or at least heighten my alertness)...you never know who the fvcker is that runs the red light. My friend was killed by a guy who ran the redlight.

Yes. Random drivers put on the wrong blinkers when they're turning the opposite direction.. Many people on the road won't cooperate and they suck at driving. I think EVERYbody should have a drivers test in every five years.

more like a more intensive driver's training program like what they have in Europe. DL there cost a grip to apply for and also long periods of training with a licensed professional. In Cali, the driving instructor just tells you to do wutevers.
