I got my CPU temp down...but

Ok, for a while I was having high idle temps with my CPU(Athlon 64 3500 + running a Venus 12). At times I would have tems at idle at around 47 C. My mobo would stay under 40C during idle and load.

After doing a little research I found out that my case fans were installed "backwards" I was under the ass/u/me/tion that the CPU cooler blew air away from the heatsink not onto it so I had my rear and side case fans blow out while the 2 front fans blew in.
After Reversing the side fan there was a big drop in CPU temp but there was a rise in Mobo temp so I reversed all of the fans from their original direction.

2 front 80mm now work as an exhaust
Rear 80mm is intake
Side 80mm is intake

However the temputre of my Motherbord is still high(it is at 43C right now the CPU is at 36)

I know this is a result of chaning the directions of the fans the question is what can I do to have BOTH the CPU and the MOBO cooler?

After messing with the fans a little more it appears the fan on the side panel removes heat from the chipset heatsink when on exhaust. The problem is if I set that fan to exhaust it shorts the intake from the rear fan and my CPU doesn't get the best cooling and it heats up.

As it seems right now I either have a hot CPU or a hot mobo. I want both to be cool.
I need suggestions.

On my case I have a high-velocity (92 CFM) fan blowing in from the side and it lowered me mobo temps by 15ºC+. My fan setup is pretty much the same as yours: 80mm intake on the back, 120mm intake on the side, 120mm exhaust on front and 80mm exhaust on the top. Does your chipset have a fan on it or passive cooling?

The chipset has a fan, although I don't know what direction the blows air.

It seems like there is heat building up at the lower part of the case(likely because the video card is blocking off air flow. When my side case fan was set to exhaust it sucked that hot air out but disrupts air flow to the CPU making that thing get hot.

Does anyone know the danger temp for a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe? The mobo is sitting at
47 C right now. The CPU is a cool 38 C.
If I reverse the fan flow the temps reverse.

That's what I thought because I thought the CPU fan blew away not towards the heatsink.
Because the CPU fan blows towards the heatsink to get proper cooling it should be next to a intake vent. The way my case is the side panel is right above the CPU fan. THe rear fan is very close to it too.

I ordered a Slot cooler from Tiger. I'll see if that helps.

My ambient 21C/28C
CPU 32C/38C AMD 3500+/AMD 4400+ at idle
ASUS mobos 26C/33C
CPU 38C/45C at load.

I use 120mm YLs for side intake & top exhaust. My intakes are 80mm/120mm YL & rear 80mm/120mm YL on 3 rigs (2 PC-60 & 1 PC-7).
I use a slot fan next to video cards on three rigs.
I like the LL design of having intake fans on harddrives, first and then the layout of the case, second.
