despite their notorious customer service, i spent an hour on the phone with a rep two nights ago about the infamous 2005FPW backlight bleeding problem, and the replacement just arrived this morning. I am using it right now, and it has 0 dead pixels and no bleeding. i should buy a lottery ticket or something :)

atleast yours works ::p..my backlight shuts off. And yea...customer service was a supreme b*tch.
