No. It was issued by my military unit's supply. I think it's used for punctuation when you're talking with certain people.

That is correct. However it does not have to be placed after a sentence.


For instance you may use the pwnzor nade punctuation like so:

pwnzor nade, derka derka muhamad jihad!

or

pwnzor nade, derka derka bakalakda!

Use it first, huh? Sort of like Espanol with the exclaimation point first, right?

You can, yes. If you are dealing with certain spanish speaking people. The proper use would be to punctuate before and after the sentence.
