I run GTA Vice City on my PC, i am the type of person who will run games at full video capacity, so i tried playing at 1600 x 1200 @ 32bits and it was a lil choppy. I dropped to 1024 x 768 @ 32 bits, still a lil choppy. I have a HERCULE/GUILLEMONT GEFORCE 2 GTS PRO 32 MB Card 4x agp. What can I do. what card should i buy if i have to buy one. Which card will last me 2 -3 years
i want it to be faster than anything else out there. budget is about $120.

THANKS!!

for 120? 4200 you can get for around 100. a 9500 will const you about 30 or so more. 4200 will last you a while, 9500 will last a lil longer.

If both modes were just as choppy, try turning on the frame limiter and/or defragmenting your hard drive. Besides this, that video card will need an upgrade if you prefer high settings.

what cpu ram and motherboard are you running? i have found with my gf3 i could increase the settings without trouble, and the game even ran on my friends 1.53 athlon with radeonDRR @ 1024x768 quite smoothly. You may* be limited by something other than video card.

good luck-
