I got an odd piece of mail...

it's sorta like a post card, says 'we have good news!'....and there's an 800 # to call, it says they've been trying to get in touch with me...there's a pin # on it....

the return address is...I couldn't get any info on them by googling it...can anyone else?

Its basicaly a scam to get you to try and buy a timeshare or something of some sort by making you think you won some big prize. Just toss it.
 
call the number and until you get to speak with someone about your "prize" and when/where it can be shipped dont give up...ask to speak to managers...take down names and numbers at each level you get to...see how far you can get 🙂

I tried that once with a company that kept calling my house. The guy I was talking to had a very very thick Indian accent. I asked him what his name was. He replies: "Jack Collins".

I started laughing out loud. I was shooocked, and almost 100% sure he lied to me. I asked to speak to his manager, funny, he wouldn't transfer me.

Wonder why? =P

You know telemarketers are assigned a fake name to use if they're asked... no sane telemarketer would give away his/her real name.
