I got a wedding video dvd from India that wont play here..need to convert to NTSC

What should i do? its not in NTSC thats for sure. I have one dvd player that can play both PAL/NTSC but i havent tried hooking it up yet.

I need to make this darn dvd into NTSC from the PAL encoding. I checked its region free, and stuff. What's the easiest way to do this. Or do i have to rip the darn video, re-encode for NTSC and burn.
