Hey guys, I got a trojan that was identified by norton antivirus as hacktool.rootkit. I removed most of it using NAV and have zone alarm installed now, but it's still detected in explorer.dll whenever I use the GUI and iexplorer.dll whenever I use internet explorer.
How do I get rid of it completely? Norton says delete failed because of course it cannot delete explorer since that file is rather important.
By the way, I don't really know how I got this. What I do know is that when I tried to download a skin from winamp.com, a little window popped up for a second that was called IRC-something, and then my computer started to bog down a lot. I ran norton and it found the trojan at that point.
