Tested yesterday, was getting about 2400Kbps down / 246 up

Cable modem was acting weird today, I reset it, thought it was a speed boost . . . tested on another site . . .

4650Kbps down / 379 up (in a rainstorm, could that be hindering speeds?)

lol, Earthlink page still says 3Mbps

btw, this is South Pasadena / San Marino . . . maybe it is the same in surrounding areas, i dunno
 
RoadRunner upgraded my area in the past few weeks. I wasn't able to achieve the newer speeds however and was going to have a technician come out last Tuesday. Late last Monday my modem reset and lo and behold I was getting upwards of 5Mbps finally.
