Went down there this morning, since they are closing down this sunday...walked around the crappy store, came across that and figured i'd get the price checked. $0.12 is a steal, even if i never use it! 
I did also get four ricey under-the-dash neon blacklights that they sold for $19.99, for $4.49 each...
