I'm not paid by the hour.... Sigh... I'm a fixed payment SOB. That's why sometimes I'd leave the work earlier. Then I think it wouldn't do any harm to leave a little more early. I used to sit on my basement until 7:00 PM to please some mythical people who never even see me, now when the clock strikes 5 I'm already gone. There simply isn't any point to waste my time there since I won't get any raise anyway.
