I complained about a local KFC on the KFC website. Then I recently got a postcard from the local store with a handwritten apology from the manager, along with an offer to replace the greasy chicken I originally got.
Wouldn't you be afraid to go there with the postcard as you may get the same result as when you send food back in a real restaurant?
