I got a parking ticket on saturday!

Grrr, i parked my car while I went to get my hair cut. I parked about 8:30, the ticket machines start working about 9am, so I thought that I could be back in time, or around 10 mins over. When I arrived at the barbers, there was a bit of a queue. Anyway, I got back to the car about 9:20 only to find a damn ticket on my windshield. Now I have to pay a fine!! Not much only £30, which I think is around $50. GGrrrrr
