I got a Parking ticket from school...

And I want to dispute it. Basically I thought that I was allowed to park in staff parking at 4pm when it turns out it's 5pm. I constructed a letter already but it's kinda cheesy/crappy, so maybe someone on the forums can construct a better one.

The only problem is that a letter attached the the Temporary Parking Permit stating that I was allowed to park in staff parking after 4pm and when I went to the office to clarify things they told me 4pm as well, or so I thought..

You'd be surprised, the question at hand though is, can they drive legally.
